Fine Street art is made by artists in places fine art lovers rarely venture. In the alley behind a building or along a wall in a forgotten parking lot. Rarely do we see the artists or the painting being created. That's what makes it rare! What's even more rare is being able to take it to a gallery for exhibitions.
