Alela and her friends/band mates, Heather Woods Broderick and Mirabai Peart, recorded this album at the tail end of 2018, just after returning home from tour. They performed songs from across Alela's repertoire live, as if in concert, at the Map Room Studio in Portland, Oregon. The LP is pressed on 150g Black Vinyl and includes a download card with 5 bonus live songs.
